What's new
A week-by-week record of what changed for the people running the organization. Newest first.
October 12–18, 2026
Silent auctions: a winning bid counts toward the campaign on the auction. Giving totals include only the tax-deductible portion, and the purchase shows on the winner's contact record.
Silent auctions: put a bidding teaser on your own website, track item pickup, and let bidders choose whether to join your supporter list.
Silent auctions: when bidding ends, charge saved cards or send invoices, and email a receipt that shows the fair market value and the tax-deductible gift.
Silent auctions: bidders can save a card and get an email when someone outbids them.
Silent auctions: close a section on a schedule, type in bids from paper sheets, and print bid sheets for the room.
Silent auctions: supporters can register, bid online, and offer an item. You approve the item and its photo before anyone else sees them.
Marketing email goes only to people who have agreed to hear from you.
Grants: pledged or hoped-for match money stays out of the secured total. You can split or rename a budget line, and an expense counts as paid only while it is paid.
Recurring gifts: a donor can request a private link to update or cancel their own monthly gift.
Record a tribute or a soft credit on a gift without changing the amount raised.
Large sends go out as one letter per person, paced so they land reliably.
October 5–11, 2026
Sponsors and partners: set what you offer, the packages, and how many labels a package includes each year. See who is recognized at each event, what is still owed, and who owns the follow-up.
Impact Log: add a photo, see the month as a timeline, and trust the totals. Ended events and delivered partner benefits can land in the log on their own, and you can undo that. Entries are archived, not erased.
Connect Eventbrite and bring events in as draft plans, without overwriting a plan you built by hand. Event types live in Settings. An event page shows the short description and the partners recognized there.
Settings is a list of rows, split into clear pages. Automatic email stays off until you turn it on, and the page says what will actually send. You can resend an invite. QuickBooks stays with the organization when the person who connected it changes.
Major donors are flagged based on your organization’s threshold. Changing plans updates the subscription you already pay for, instead of starting a second one.
Meeting drafts can include your personal booking link.
Build a volunteer opportunity from an event’s staffing template. Nothing emails volunteers until you send it.
The Action Board is where the day’s work gets finished. Open a card to write the email, log hours, record how an event went, update a grant deliverable, or note a partner benefit. Add impact from the board, or set something aside for another day.
A campaign that is behind pace shows up as a nudge, with a thermometer, a gift range, and giving over time. The overall gift range can split by campaign. Archiving a campaign clears its open tasks.
Work the people who are due, one after another. A pipeline card opens the call, the meeting, the research, or the thank-you, and an overnight draft is waiting when you open it.
A thank-you card leaves the board as soon as those donors are thanked. Volunteer recruitment drafts include the signup link, and you read the email as a letter.
Pulley is lighter and easier to scan: paper-white pages, ink for the numbers, and one orange button for the thing to do next. The public site matches. The assistant no longer jumps in front of the page you are on.
A long donation history pages through, and the count of new donors stays accurate. All Contacts shows its totals again, and merging duplicates clears the extra cards.
August 31 – September 6, 2026
Volunteer announcements are drafted for you, signup link included, and go to people tagged as volunteers.
August 3–9, 2026
QuickBooks manual sync stays manual until you run it.
A pledge is not thanked as if the money had arrived. The thank-you waits until the gift comes in.
When someone shares your donate link, the preview shows your organization’s name and colors.
July 27 – August 2, 2026
Campaign email can greet someone by first name, include a link, and show when a message has already been sent. Send to the whole audience in one click.
A grant phase button explains why it is not available yet. Dialogs stay inside the window.
July 20–26, 2026
Your public volunteer page stays up between opportunities, so people always have a place to sign up.
Broadcast email supports a first name, other merge fields, and formatted text.
Campaign mail: preview it, schedule it, or print it as a letter.
July 13–19, 2026
A public Partner with us page, linked from the partnership record. Delivered benefits can become impact entries, and a partner sits on the contact record.
Festival crew documents: a vehicle and plate list, an A-to-Z vendor directory, and one PDF that collects the crew packet.
Festival work orders open as a preview you can download. A shirt-order list is there for the crew.
Mark booths in layout order for the ground crew, print an electrical work order, and show utility points on the map.
The festival map can filter by what you are looking at, link to a booth, and snap to a grid. The public map shows only what visitors should see.
When you record a gift, open pledges from that donor are offered — not only a row with the exact same amount.
July 6–12, 2026
Turn a pledge into a received gift on the same record, from the donations list or the Action Board. Click the status to change it.
Gift range charts keep people who could give at a higher level, and they no longer list the same person twice.
Start an annual fund from a template: a timeline, a case statement, segments, a sequence, and the appeal ready to send. Save your own playbook and apply it to a campaign you already have. Draft the case with help.
Add people to a giving level from the campaign page, and record the commitment as a pledge or a gift already in hand.
Documents: design a letter or a free-form layout, preview the real pages, and print a packet — letters, placards, and labels together. Add letterhead, and keep a history of what you printed on the contact.
Paste a grant calendar into the assistant and it creates the grants.
June 29 – July 5, 2026
When you pick who receives a campaign email, you can require every tag or any one of them.
June 22–28, 2026
Grant deliverables and deadlines show up on the Action Board. Editing a grant no longer drops the fields you did not touch.
June 15–21, 2026
Grant tracking is available to every organization.
Households: Pulley can suggest people who share an address. See the household’s giving together, and print one year-end statement for the household.
June 8–14, 2026
The same kinds of action cards show on the dashboard, on a contact, on a campaign, and on a festival.
Assign a task to a colleague. Your board shows what is yours and what nobody has claimed. Search the whole app from the keyboard.
The board flags a campaign that is off pace and a shift that still needs people.
One set of tags works on contacts, gifts, volunteers, grants, and festival applications. Build a report from them and print it with your organization’s name on it.
Giving charts: a gift range, and the last twelve months. The festival marked current is the newest one. Add roles to a volunteer opportunity you already created.
The contacts list stays quick as it grows, with the same filters and the same counts. If Gmail disconnects, Pulley says so.
A refund, a dispute, or a void stays on the record and drops out of your totals. Amounts are checked before a gift is saved. Gifts you log by hand can sync to QuickBooks.
May 25–31, 2026
New donors who are not in the pipeline open as a list you can review. A one-time campaign can be archived. Donate links use a readable campaign name.
May 18–24, 2026
Checks and cash live the whole way inside Pulley. Log a stack of checks in one screen, mark what has been thanked, and let a donor pledge a check from your donate page. When the check arrives, mark it received. Set a deposit date so the batch matches the slip.
Volunteer signups close themselves after the event. Hours reports count confirmed time, by volunteer or by role, and Reports is back in the sidebar.
May 11–17, 2026
Move someone on the pipeline and the board updates immediately. Remove them from the pipeline in the same step.
Email festival vendors from the applications list, and export or email a roster of booth, vendor, email, and description.
“Today” on the dashboard follows your organization’s time zone. Getting started is a shorter setup, with a 14-day trial.
Staff and volunteers receive the roster six hours before the event.
May 4–10, 2026
If marking a grant deliverable or deadline done does not save, Pulley tells you.
April 27 – May 3, 2026
Start a new grant by copying one you already have.
Grants: track partners, events, and in-kind gifts, see deadlines across every grant, and record federal certifications when a grant needs them.
A grant budget can use the line names from the application.
April 20–26, 2026
Drag cards across the pipeline. A spreadsheet import splits gifts, handles anonymous rows, and matches names so you do not create the same person twice. You can see where a row came from, including an export from another donor system.
The dashboard leads with the work and keeps every campaign within reach.
April 13–19, 2026
Mark a dashboard card Done when the work is finished. Dismiss is separate, for “not now.”
April 6–12, 2026
Assign festival vendors to booths from the map. A vendor can hold more than one booth, and you can upload your own site map.
Times in the app and in email follow your organization’s time zone. The gift range chart opens on this year.
A prospect pipeline, with a gift range chart and cards for new donors and overdue follow-ups.
March 30 – April 5, 2026
A volunteer opportunity stays on the board the day of the event, and you can email those volunteers from there.
Pulley can flag contacts who may be able to give more, using public foundation filings. One suggestion per person.
March 23–29, 2026
The team gets a day-of volunteer roster by email. Shift times show on the right day.
Add a new contact while you are adding them to a volunteer opportunity.
March 9–15, 2026
Volunteer shifts: people sign up for a time slot. Add a shift from the dashboard.
Send a donation statement from a contact, with a preview first — including a one-click year-end statement.
Turn the morning story line on or off. Dismiss a card, and it comes back only if the situation changes.
Add volunteer roles when you create an opportunity from the dashboard.
March 2–8, 2026
Duplicate detection no longer treats two different people as the same person because they share a phone number. Review the possibles from the card.
The morning story is something you read. The links take you to the work.
A welcome sequence for new donors, and a steady thank-you rhythm after that. People who show up but have not given yet can get an outreach draft.
February 23 – March 1, 2026
Choose monthly or annual billing. Teach Pulley your voice so drafts sound like you.
Autopilot can send routine thank-yous after a short window where you can still undo them, and it holds back anything that looks unusual. A morning digest sums up what happened.
A Festival plan for organizations that need contacts, festivals, and email, and not the rest.
The date filter on the donations list applies to the gifts you see.
QuickBooks Online: donations can sync as you go. Connecting it does not send your history over again.
Autopilot queues the work, keeps an activity log, and sends a digest. Choose which parts of Pulley each teammate sees.
February 16–22, 2026
Grants: upload the agreement as a PDF or a Word file and Pulley reads the budget, deliverables, and deadlines. Email the grant team, and CC someone when you need to.
Impact Log: record what the work produced, ask the assistant about it, and generate an annual impact report. The assistant remembers the conversation and your organization.
Edit an email draft before it sends. Record what kind of gift it was. Add a contact while you are logging a donation.
Edit tags right on the contact list, and filter to people who do not have a tag.
Festival map: place booths, rotate them, share a public map, and switch between streets and satellite. Vendor categories and fees sit on the application.
Marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Pick exactly who receives a campaign email.
The donations page is a fundraising workspace, and receipts use your colors. Contacts open as saved views with bulk actions. Drafts use formatted text, include your Gmail signature, and do not greet someone twice. Send yourself a test first.
Public page settings are in one place. Volunteer emails use your time zone.
Open Contacts on a view — donors, volunteers, lapsed — instead of starting from an empty filter.
February 9–15, 2026
Click any email address and write from inside Pulley.
Volunteers can cancel from the confirmation email. When you sign someone up, you pick their role and they get a confirmation. A contact profile shows only the sections that apply to them.
Festivals: vendors, booths, and costs in one place.
Ask the assistant to update a contact, a gift, a campaign, or a volunteer opportunity. Public campaign pages take gifts by card, with giving levels, and you can announce a campaign in one click.
Duplicate a volunteer opportunity, including its roles. Mark a contact as a person or an organization. Assign a batch of gifts to a campaign. Hold a thank-you until a gift crosses an amount you set.
Donors can give by card to your own Stripe account. In-app guides walk through the first weeks. Setup asks which parts of Pulley you will use.
Lapsed donors are people whose giving anniversary is coming up, including a call list when you only have a phone number. Volunteer emails list the openings in the next week.
Thank-you drafts and other emails send from your Gmail, after you review them. Skip a draft, edit a batch, and send when you are ready. Merge duplicate contacts, tag a group at once, and tell Pulley your voice.
Import donations from a spreadsheet, and Pulley warns you about duplicates. A volunteer opportunity can have a photo. Public pages use your color and logo.
February 2–8, 2026
Choose light, dark, or match your system. Your logo and brand color show on public pages. Billing for the beta lives in Settings. Teammates who are not admins do not see organization settings.
An address is street, city, state, and ZIP. Create a tag as you type, including a major-donor tag when giving crosses the amount you set.
Reports with presets, a time range, saved views, and a CSV download.
Save volunteer roles your organization uses again and again. Search while you pick a person. A receipt can go out when you log a gift by hand.
January 26 – February 1, 2026
An assistant that can answer questions about your own contacts, gifts, and volunteers.
Invite a teammate. They get a short setup of their own. A contact import warns you about people you already have.
January 19–25, 2026
Volunteer roles on an opportunity, and a private roster for the people working that event.
Your public pages get a web address you choose. Organization settings cover the name, the address, and how you show up.
January 12–18, 2026
Create a volunteer opportunity from the opportunities page. Signups show on the person’s contact record.
Contacts, donations, and volunteers are ready to use, including card gifts. Password reset finishes instead of dropping you.
December 22–28, 2025
A contact record holds their gifts and their volunteer shifts in one place.
Create your organization the first time you sign in, including your time zone.
December 15–21, 2025
A public site, sign-in, and an invite link for a teammate.
A dashboard after you sign in, with your organization’s logo.
Organization settings: your name, your branding, and a short description the assistant can use.
A contacts list, with a spreadsheet import.
